It's a valid approach, but it comes with a tradeoff. Invite-only means only the customers you choose can leave reviews, which can create selection bias. OtterHonest takes a different path. Anyone can leave a review, but every reviewer must verify their email before it goes live. This prevents fake reviews while keeping the platform open to all genuine customers.
Can I import my Feefo reviews?
