Reviews can't be deleted
Businesses can respond, but they can't remove reviews. Genuine feedback stays. The only exception is content that breaks our policy — hate speech or threats.
No pay-to-play rankings
Rankings are based on one thing: real reviews from real people. No premium tier bumps you up, no outspending competitors for visibility.
Your data, free to own
Listing your business and collecting reviews is free. The basic right to manage your reputation shouldn't come with a price tag.
